Charlie was a great Santa for area nursing homes, parties, neighbor's Christmas's, hospitals or anyplace that wanted him. He used to take that little buckskin stallion with him with the saddlebags to carry presents and candy to hand out. He went along to countless horse sales and events. We have lots of pictures of him riding with me in the wagons as well. At one point he had about twenty Haflingers and a dozen or so minis. With his health problems he had cut down in the last year or so. I could go on but thanks for the expressions above, he will be missed.
